VOLVO AUTOMATES

Volvo Ebal · AI systems and automation

I build the system that runs the business after the lead comes in.

Six businesses since 2023, across solar, electrical, lead generation, content and agency operations. I work in the tools a company already owns, I wire one process end to end before touching anything else, and I build the missing piece myself when nothing on the market does the job.

What I offer

Most engagements start as one of these three and end up using two.

01 GoHighLevel

CRM builds and repairs: pipelines, segmentation, reactivation campaigns that actually fire, and an AI voice or chat agent wired into the CRM so an inquiry that arrives at 9pm is answered at 9pm rather than the following morning.

Delivered for Omni Power Solar, Corlan Electric, Godzilla Digital

02 n8n and workflow automation

The wiring between the tools you already pay for. Records move between the CRM, the sheets, the inbox and the ad platforms without anyone retyping them, AI steps run in the middle, and the workflows that broke quietly get found and repaired.

Delivered for Leadworx.io, Your AI Army, Heartaccent

03 Custom applications, built with Claude Code

When no product on the market does the job, I build it. Eleven applications shipped to date, three of them live on the public internet and openable right now, each documented with the failure it taught me as well as what it does.

Database Reactivation, Colorly, SnapVault and eight more

Junior Developer and CRM Specialist

5 platforms unified, data loss between tools ended

Systems built under contract

Built inside a creative agency and in daily use. Described by what they do rather than by whose name is on them, because the client's name is theirs to publish, not mine.

In useVoice-driven operations dashboard Hold a key, say the task, and a runner daemon executes it and reports the result back.
In useDrive-to-database client tracker Sweeps every client folder nightly, diffs it against a database and reports new, changed and missing files by name.
In useSeven research agents on one library Packaged so a colleague can install the whole set and run it themselves.
In useThree generation bots in Slack Concepts, then scripts, then storyboards, each written into the real working document.
In useMulti-platform publisher Write once, schedule to four networks, generate the creative in the same application.
In useLocal-business acquisition system Map search that finds businesses with no website, builds them one, then manages what follows.
In useResearch database The reference layer the generation tools read before they write anything.

Applications I built myself

Eleven shipped. Three open in a browser now, the rest run locally and I will demo them on a call.

LiveDatabase Reactivation An AI SMS agent that texts a CRM's dead leads, qualifies the replies and books the calls. open ›
LiveColorly An offline paint-by-number game with fifteen generators, built for my wife and daughter. open ›
LiveSnapVault Backs up an iPhone's photos and video so the storage can be cleared. Installs to the home screen. open ›
LocalPhone Bridge Scan a QR code and the phone sends files into a watched folder on the PC in realtime, with no app installed.
LocalVideo editor Raw clips in, captioned vertical cut out. Cuts dead air, times captions to the word, ducks the music under the voice.
LocalVideo QA reviewer Point it at a folder of review links; it downloads each video, runs the checks and posts the verdict back.
LocalMLS prospecting agent Runs daily across fifteen zip codes, finds listings whose photography is thin, scores them and drafts the outreach.
LocalPomodoro Cat A focus timer whose break cannot be skipped: a cat walks across the live desktop and blocks input until the rest is over.

Where to reach me

A call is the fastest route. Everything else below reaches me the same day.

How an engagement runs

  • 1Week 0, we find the bottleneck. Twenty minutes on a call. You describe what eats the most time. I tell you whether it is worth automating, and I say so when it is not.
  • 2Week 1, one process wired end to end. Not a platform, not a transformation. One process, working, inside your own tools, where you can watch it run.
  • 3Then you keep it. Handover with the runbook. If it breaks it tells somebody, because a silent failure is worse than no automation at all.
